You can start your morning by joining our daily yoga program, either in our lounge area or on the terrace, both overlooking the garden. The yoga is a simple, quiet style, which gently awakens the body and the soul to greet a new day.
After the yoga exercises we sit together in silence in a circle. Just by sitting quietly, it is a beautiful way to allow the mind to relax and to become clear, and to feel yourself more deeply and with more sensitivity.
